Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

To allow appointments to be offered to other clients, we kindly request the following notice periods:

• More than 24 hours' notice: No charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: Up to 50% of the treatment fee may be charged.
• Same-day cancellations: Up to 100% of the treatment fee may be charged.

Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notice may be charged the full treatment fee.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

The full appointment fee may still apply.

We recognise that genuine emergencies occur and reserve the right to waive fees at our discretion.
