Appointments are available by advance booking and are subject to availability.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information before treatment.

Any changes in health conditions, medications, injuries, or pregnancy must be disclosed before treatment begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where:

• Treatment is deemed unsafe
• Contraindications are present
• Inappropriate behaviour occurs
• Information provided is inaccurate or incomplete

Massage therapy is intended to promote relaxation and wellbeing but is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

No guarantees can be made regarding outcomes.

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods are displayed on the website or booking system.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed before their expiry date.

Clients receive treatment at their own risk.

Nothing within these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful.

We reserve the right to amend these terms without notice.

Naturally you By Nay is committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful environment for both clients and therapist.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Any inappropriate, abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, intimidating, or sexual behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the treatment session.

Where treatment is terminated due to inappropriate behaviour, the full treatment fee may still be charged and future bookings may be refused.

The therapist reserves the right to leave the premises immediately if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable for any reason.
